Appellant, Jose Flores Flores, was tried by jury and convicted of Murder in the first degree in violation of 21 O.S. 1991, § 701.7(A), in Case No. CF-92-4472 in the District Court of Tulsa County, the Honorable Clifford E. Hopper, District Judge presiding. The jury recommended punishment of life without parole and the trial court sentenced Appellant accordingly. From this judgment...
