The named defendant1 appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a bench trial, in favor of the plaintiff on her uninsured motorist claim. The defendant claims that the trial court improperly (1) granted the plaintiffs motion in limine, and (2) found that it was responsible, pursuant to the terms of the insurance contract regarding uninsured motorists, for the injuries and losses sustained by the plaintiff....
