Appellants Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. and Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. (collectively referred to as "C & W") appeal from a judgment in favor of appellee Richard Fletcher in his suit for breach of an employment contract. After a bench trial, the trial court awarded Fletcher damages and interest in excess of $700,000. In ten points of error, C & W contends generally that the evidence is legally and factually insufficient...
