ORDER

HOLMES, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on a motion for revocation of release order and application for stay of release order under 18 U.S.C. § 3145(a)(1) by Plaintiff United States of America. On June 14 and June 20, 1995, a United States Magistrate Judge held the initial hearing in this case and, pursuant to that hearing, ordered that Defendant Billy Dean Trammel ("Trammel") be released on a $25,000 surety bond.
