Respondent Breezy Point Holiday Harbor Lodge — Beachside Apartment Owners' Association (the association) sued appellants B.P. Partnership and Dean Morlock (the owners), to enforce a 14-day rental restriction. On cross motions for summary judgment, the district court ruled in the association's favor and granted a permanent injunction restraining the owners from renting their condominium unit for more than 14 days per year....
