This case came before the Supreme Court on a petition for certiorari by Joseph Forte (Forte or petitioner) to review a final decree entered by the Appellate Division of the Workers' Compensation Court. That decree modified the amended decree of a trial judge in respect to the amount of the petitioner's average weekly wage and the payment of the petitioner's medical expenses.
