A jury convicted appellant, Abe McFarland, of aggravated robbery, found one enhancement paragraph true, and sentenced him to 75-years confinement. In five points of error, appellant complains that comments by the prosecutor in the presence of the jury denied him a fair and impartial trial; that his trial counsel was ineffective; and that the evidence was legally and factually insufficient to support his conviction.
