This is an appeal by Joseph Musone (Musone) from a judgment entered by the Superior Court granting the state's motion to declare a forfeiture of bail to the state in the amount of $250,000. On appeal Musone asserts (1) that the Superior Court motion justice abused his discretion in refusing to set aside the bail forfeiture pursuant to Rule 46(g)(2) of the Superior Court Rules of Criminal Procedure, (2) that the motion justice overlooked...
