Law enforcement officers detained Alvin Dixon and his luggage at the Kansas City airport so that "Mike" the drug dog could be summoned to sniff the luggage. Mike "alerted" to the luggage, and Dixon ultimately was charged with possession with intent to distribute phencyclidine (PCP).
