Lamark McGee ("McGee") appeals his conviction for engaging in organized criminal activity to distribute cocaine. After a plea of "not guilty," McGee was tried before a jury; he was found guilty of the offense charged, and a sentence of sixty-five years' imprisonment was assessed.
