OPINION

McCLURE, Justice.

Darren Wayne Morris, Appellant, pled guilty to driving while intoxicated. Pursuant to a plea bargain, the trial court assessed his punishment at two years' confinement in the county jail, probated for two years and a $500 fine. Appellant appeals from the trial court's denial of a motion to suppress. Tex. R.App.P. 40(b)(1). We affirm.
