This case arises from the Plaintiff's allegations of sexual harassment and discrimination. Presently before the Court is the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6). No hearing is deemed necessary. Local Rule 105.6 (D.Md. 1994).
