CHAPEL, Judge.

Richard Norman Rojem, Jr. was tried by a jury in Washita County District Court and convicted of kidnapping, rape and murder. The jury sentenced Rojem to 1,000 years imprisonment for rape, 1,000 years imprisonment for kidnapping, and imposed the death penalty for murder.
