COPE, Judge.

Paul Wick appeals his sentence entered after a plea of no contest. We affirm.

Paul Wick pled no contest to count I, driving under the influence ("DUI") manslaughter, count III, DUI with serious bodily injury, and count IV, DUI causing damage to another. Under the written plea agreement, a guidelines sentence was to be imposed.
