Defendant, Terry Joe Burns, appeals from his conviction of operating a motor vehicle during the period of time he was prohibited from doing so as a result of being convicted as an habitual offender. He argues that, because his operation occurred on private property where he was carrying on a farming operation, the statute does not apply.
