BYRNES, Judge.
Plaintiff, James Billy Ray Fontenot ("Fontenot"), and Defendants, Chevron U.S.A., Inc. ("Chevron") and Dantzler Boat and Barge Company ("Dantzler"), appeal the trial court's granting of summary judgment in favor of Intervenor, Aetna Casualty and Surety Company ("Aetna"). We affirm.
