This is an appeal of a summary judgment. Blase Morales, appellant, filed suit alleging various causes of action against psychologist, Dr. JoAnn Murphey. The causes of action alleged arose from Murphey's examination of Morales' daughter and subsequent diagnosis and report concluding the daughter had been sexually abused by Morales.
