BLEIL, Justice.

Freddie Louis appeals from a judgment of divorce, primarily claiming that the trial court erred in awarding Shirley Louis, his former spouse, future income from his separate property. He also claims that the trial court mischaracterized the house and lot which had been the parties' marital home as Shirley's separate property.
