Dan H. Dew, Jr., brought an action against Albert Langford claiming title to real property held by Langford. On May 20, 1992, a trial was held and Chancellor Edward G. Cortright, Jr., of the Yazoo County Chancery Court declared that Dew failed to establish that Langford held in trust for Dew title to the real property, and that Dew was not entitled to any other relief.
