QUINN, Justice.

Pending for consideration are two points of error by which appellant, Fred Hicks, hopes to reverse a default judgment. He first argues that the trial court erred in selecting October 15, 1993, as the date citation was served. Then, he contends that he was entitled to a new trial under Craddock v. Sunshine Cab Co. We disagree with both propositions and affirm.
