Jesse L. Frye appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the Trustees of the Rumbletown Free Methodist Church (the "Trustees"). Frye brought a negligence action against the Trustees for personal injuries that he sustained while on the premises of the church parsonage.
