Bobbie Nicholson was convicted of murdering her husband, Don Nicholson, with premeditation and deliberation in violation of Ark.Code Ann. § 5-10-101(a)(4) (Repl.1993). She was sentenced to life in prison without parole. Her points of appeal are (1) that the Trial Court lacked jurisdiction of the offense, (2) that hearsay testimony was erroneously admitted against her, and (3) that it was error to permit the testimony by an expert
