John Dexter Pride was convicted of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct1 by a Hennepin County District Court jury for nonconsensual sexual contact with Jodi Rogers, his former employee. The conviction was based on Rogers' claim that Pride had grabbed her in the area of her crotch. At his trial, Pride sought to cross-examine Rogers and Matthew Seguilia...
