Kettenbach ("Kettenbach") and Leland Properties, Inc., ("Leland")1 move for relief from judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b)(2) (Docket No. 208), or to supplement their pending motion for a new trial pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 59 (Docket No. 170), based on "newly discovered evidence."2
