This is an appeal from a trial court judgment granting the defendant's motion for summary judgment.

FACTS

At approximately 10:00 a.m. on March 13, 1993, plaintiff, Yvette Perkins, was attacked and robbed in the K-Mart parking lot located at 5905 Florida Boulevard in Baton Rouge.
