City National Bank (CNB) appeals an adverse ruling by the district court on its claim for deficiency judgments on twenty-seven consumer installment contracts. The installment agreements had been purchased from Unique Structures, Inc. (Unique) "with recourse" and were personally guaranteed by Susie Arnall. When the individual debtors defaulted, CNB repossessed and sold the mobile homes held as collateral on the installment contracts, then sued...
