Appellant Eric T. McKinley appeals his conviction for unlawful distribution of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) & (b)(1)(A)(iii) (1988). Appellant was indicted pursuant to a drug investigation during which an undercover officer, Thomas K. Stephensen, met appellant several times during the six days preceding the consummation of the drug transaction that resulted in the indictment. On at least two of those occasions...
