Defendant pled guilty to distribution of a controlled substance in a school zone, a violation of La.R.S. 40:966(A) and La.R.S. 40:981.3 and was sentenced to five years at hard labor to run concurrent with docket number 236,542. The sentence was suspended on the condition that defendant serve five years on probation and that defendant serve one year in the parish jail, subject to work release.
