Appellant Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) brings this appeal from an order dismissing its suit against appellee Kenneth L. Kendrick. In three points of error, the FDIC contends the trial court abused its discretion by: 1) dismissing the suit as no grounds existed for dismissing the suit for want of prosecution; 2) refusing to reinstate the case after the dismissal as good cause existed for maintaining the case on the court's docket; and...
