Northwinds Abatement, Inc. ("Northwinds"), initially brought this action in state district court against Employers Insurance of Wausau ("Wausau"), alleging several theories of recovery for damages resulting from actions taken by Wausau as the servicing company for Northwinds's workers' compensation insurance policy.
