PEAY, Judge.

The defendant was charged in the indictment with one count of the possession of marijuana with the intent to sell or deliver and one count of the possession of cocaine with the intent to sell or deliver. The trial court, on its own motion, reduced the charge in the first count to simple possession of marijuana, and the jury was so instructed. The defendant was convicted of both charges and received concurrent sentences of eleven...
