This is an appeal by the plaintiffs from summary judgments granted in favor of two of the defendants in a products liability, negligence and strict liability personal injury case. Plaintiffs' decedent, Ronnie Black, was killed in a construction worksite accident when a 2,000 pound pump fell on him. The plaintiffs are his widow and children. The two defendants in whose favor summary judgment was granted are the pump manufacturer and the pump lessor...
