MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

CROW, District Judge.

This is an action to review the final decision of the Secretary of Health Human Services [42 U.S.C. § 405(g)] denying the plaintiff Chris Bridgeford's application for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act. The case is ripe for decision on the plaintiff's motion for order reversing the Secretary's decision (Dk. 7) and on the Secretary's brief in opposition (Dk. 9).
