Construction Company, Inc. appeals the trial court's finding that plaintiff's damages were caused by the accident of December 1987. Plaintiff, Barbara Bernard, appeals the trial court's finding that she suffered no organic brain injury in the accident of December 1987 and the amount of damages awarded for her injuries...
