Appellant Kim Ralph McNamara pleaded guilty to the offense of aggravated sexual assault of a child. See Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 22.021(a)(1)(B), (a)(2)(B) (Vernon 1994). The jury assessed punishment at ninety-nine years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and a $10,000 fine.
