LIVINGSTON, Justice.

Appellant Alvin Wade Davis was found guilty of aggravated sexual assault of a child under fourteen years of age and was sentenced to forty-five years' imprisonment by a jury. In three points of error, appellant complains the trial court erred by: 1) restricting the direct examination of a defense witness to show bias of a prosecution witness; 2) allowing the State to contract with a venireperson to accept evidence from a child...
