BOSSON, Judge.

Plaintiff sued for a wrongful breach of an express or implied contract of employment with Defendant. The trial court granted summary judgment against Plaintiff on the ground that there were no genuine issues of material fact sufficient to create an express or implied contract. We disagree, and hold that genuine issues of material fact do exist as to some of the implied contract claims. Accordingly, we affirm in part, and reverse...
