NORRIS, Judge.

A grand jury indicted the defendant, Ricky Lynn McBroom, on three counts of aggravated rape of his 10-year-old stepdaughter, "S.S.," in violation of R.S. 14:42. After trial, a jury unanimously found him guilty as charged. The district court imposed the mandatory sentence of life in prison at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence on each count, to run consecutively. McBroom appeals his conviction, assigning eight errors...
