STOVER, Justice.

This is an appeal from a final judgment of conviction for involuntary manslaughter. Appellant was indicted for the offense of murder which was alleged to have occurred on or about February 20, 1994. The trial was to a jury, and the jury found the appellant guilty of the lesser included offense of involuntary manslaughter and assessed punishment at ten years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division...
