On April 22, 1994, a jury found Bob Harris, thirty-six years old, guilty of having engaged in sexual intercourse or deviate sexual activity with a girl who was under fourteen years of age. He received a cumulative sentence of more than thirty years imprisonment. Harris appeals, setting out seven points for reversal. None has merit.
