The issue on review is did the trial court err in granting defendant's motion to quash. We find that the trial court did not err.

On June 28, the State of Louisiana charged Bryant Hazard with eight counts of failing to file or fraudulently filing state sales tax returns and six counts of failing to file or fraudulently filing municipal sales tax returns.
