Plaintiffs, Heidi Sanchez and her mother, Pearl DiFerdinando, appeal from the summary judgment entered in favor of defendant, School District 9-R. We affirm.

Sanchez was born with cerebral palsy and limited intellectual capacity. She was "mainstreamed" into a regular public school curriculum with non-disabled students. Her curriculum included a regular physical education class. During one of the gymnastics classes in which vaulting...
