Plaintiff, Barbara Bradley, filed an action against her employer, Morton-Thiokol, Inc., James Womack, Dwayne Culverhouse, and several unnamed others, for an alleged intentional tort that occurred at the Red River Ammunition Plant in Minden, Louisiana.
