This appeal requires us to determine whether the trial court reversibly erred in disallowing the intervention of attorney Bill Davis, who filed, in the ongoing litigation involving a trust, a motion and plea in intervention to recover an assigned undivided interest of a beneficiary's asserted cause of action.
