Appellants Patrick D. Brantley, Harold Brown, Bobby A. Bryant, Orson O. Davis and Kenneth L. Rivers were found guilty after a trial by jury of conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute. 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Rivers, Bryant and Brantley also were found guilty of using and carrying a firearm during the commission of a drug offense. 18 U.S.C. §§ 924(c) and 2. Rivers and Bryant were convicted of possessing a firearm...
