Appellant, Lucio Silva, was charged in the District Court of Murray County with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Distribute, in Case No. CRF-91-122, and Failure to Affix Controlled Dangerous Tax Stamp, in Case No. CRF-91-124.
