DUDLEY, Justice.

Appellant was previously convicted of rape and sentenced to life imprisonment. We reversed and remanded for a new trial. Davlin v. State, 313 Ark. 218, 853 S.W.2d 882 (1993). Upon retrial, he was again convicted of rape and sentenced to life imprisonment. This time, we affirm.
