DAY, Justice.

Appellants, the cities of Irving, Euless and Grapevine, Texas ("the Cities") bring this appeal from a declaratory judgment action which upheld the constitutionality of a state law giving municipal airport authorities the power to make land-use decisions for property within the geographic boundaries of the airport. In ten points of error, the Cities claim the trial court erred in holding the law constitutional, in granting summary judgment...
