The appellants, Jane Forbes and Richard Canady, appeal from judgments of conviction entered in Hickman County Circuit Court. Forbes was convicted of fabricating evidence in violation of Tennessee Code Annotated section 39-16-503(a)(2), a class C felony, and she was sentenced to three years of probation, two hundred hours of community service, and a $5,000 fine.1 Canady was convicted of aggravated perjury...
