Defendant appeals her convictions for conspiracy to traffic cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. The central issue presented on appeal is whether the trial court properly denied Defendant's motion to suppress evidence seized following a warrantless search of a bedroom occupied by Defendant and her boyfriend in the home of another person.
